🏠 Delivery Information

We deliver to residential and business addresses Australia-wide.

PO Box addresses are not accepted by some couriers (e.g., TNT, Border Express, Aramex, Hunter Express, Team Global Express). Please provide a street address where possible.

Some couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home (Authority to Leave) or return it to a local depot or post office for collection.
✋ Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If no one is available to receive the parcel and no safe place is found, a “missed delivery” card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

For Allied Express, Couriers Please, and Team Global Express, customers may receive a call or SMS to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Any delivery returned due to incomplete, incorrect address, or unclaimed packages may incur a Return to Sender fee and re-delivery charges.

Most metro deliveries occur within 3–6 business days of dispatch.

Regional and remote deliveries may take up to 8–12 business days depending on location and courier availability.

🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier information. You can then track your delivery directly through the courier’s website.
