🚚 Shipping Policy

At Cheap and Exclusive Australia, we work closely with our trusted suppliers and logistics partners to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently — no matter where you are in Australia. Your order may be delivered by one of several reputable courier services, depending on item size, weight, location, and availability.


📦 Dispatch & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.

  • Shipping providers: Our suppliers use a range of courier partners, including:

    • Australia Post

    • Aramex

    • Allied Express

    • Border Express

    • Couriers Please

    • Direct Freight Express

    • Hunter Express

    • Sendle

    • StarTrack

    • TNT Australia

    • Team Global Express

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.


🏠 Delivery Information

  • We deliver to residential and business addresses Australia-wide.

  • PO Box addresses are not accepted by some couriers (e.g., TNT, Border Express, Aramex, Hunter Express, Team Global Express). Please provide a street address where possible.

  • Some couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home (Authority to Leave) or return it to a local depot or post office for collection.


✋ Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel and no safe place is found, a “missed delivery” card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

  • For Allied Express, Couriers Please, and Team Global Express, customers may receive a call or SMS to arrange re-delivery or collection.

  • Any delivery returned due to incomplete, incorrect address, or unclaimed packages may incur a Return to Sender fee and re-delivery charges.


📬 Delivery Timeframes

  • Most metro deliveries occur within 3–6 business days of dispatch.

  • Regional and remote deliveries may take up to 8–12 business days depending on location and courier availability.

  • Please note that delivery delays may occur during:

    • Peak sale periods

    • Public holidays

    • Natural disasters or extreme weather events


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier information. You can then track your delivery directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact our customer support team.
