At Cheap and Exclusive Australia, we take pride in offering high-quality products at unbeatable value. Our commitment extends beyond your purchase — we’re here to support you if something goes wrong.

All products sold through our store are backed by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. This Warranty Policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


✅ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month standard warranty on most products sold through our platform, which covers faults or defects in materials or workmanship.

Exceptions may apply where:

  • A different warranty period is stated on the product listing

  • The product is a bonus item or accessory

  • The fault or damage arises due to:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improper use, assembly, or modification

    • Neglect or insufficient maintenance

    • External packaging damage only

Please refer to each individual product listing for specific warranty conditions.


🧾 Making a Warranty Claim

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a product with missing parts, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing:

    • The damage or missing part(s)

    • Original packaging (if applicable)

    • Instruction manual with the affected area marked (if applicable)

📸 Please ensure submitted images are clear and of acceptable quality.


🔧 What Happens Next?

Each warranty claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Based on the outcome, we may:

  • Provide missing parts (if available)

  • Offer instructions for self-repair

  • Replace the item (subject to availability)

  • Offer a suitable alternative product

  • Issue a refund or store credit


🚫 Do Not Return Products Unless Instructed

Please do not return any product unless we specifically request it. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.

❗ Customers who return products at their own expense without authorisation may not be eligible for postage reimbursement.


📦 Delivery Issues & Missing Items

If your item hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, notify us within 10 working days of dispatch. We will contact our delivery partner and offer a resolution based on the outcome of the investigation.


⚠️ Disposal of Products

Please do not dispose of any product before your warranty claim has been finalised. We may request that the item be returned or inspected before approving a remedy.
